PRODUCTS:

Where do your products come from?

Ours is an e-commerce company based in Switzerland, where our offices are located.

We currently have warehouses located in the US, UK, Belgium, Norway, Romania, Australia and China. The products will be sent from one of our warehouses according to availability in stock. We are looking to launch more so pay attention!

Do you have physical stores?

At the moment we operate solely as an online store as well as being connected to our WYMY APP.

Simply place an order and we will send the orders directly to your home.

What is your guarantee? I'm not used to buying online.

1) WYMY is guaranteed safe and secure. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

2) After placing your order, you can always check the order status on our site. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3) With the tracking number, you can check where the orders are.

4) If you have other concerns, you can easily reach us by writing to info@wymy.fit.

ORDERS:

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we don't currently provide it. However, you can order directly from our online website or from your smartphone using our dedicated shopping app. If you have any questions, you can ask our Live Chat group or write us by email. We will be happy to give you all the necessary information. We will answer your question as soon as possible.

Is there a maximum or minimum limit to make the purchase?

Absolutely, no limits. You can order anything you want: any number of items at any price at any time (subject to availability).

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can always cancel your order before it ships. If the order has not been paid yet, you can directly cancel it yourself. Find your unpaid order in YOUR ORDERS and click the "Cancel Order" button. The unpaid order will be canceled directly.

If you have ordered your order, please send us an email to reach our support department and describe the reason for the cancellation.

If the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

It usually takes about 5-7 days to prepare your order as a perfect product needs a reasonable preparation period.

Please be assured that once your order is completed, we will immediately dispatch and send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you do not receive the confirmation email until the estimated shipping date, please contact us by email.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Stripe. For detailed information on the payment method, please check Payment Method. We are adding more payment options for added convenience.

Can i pay in a different currency?

Absolutely yes. With 31 currencies to choose from, we are confident that you will be able to find your CURRENCY located at the top of our webpage. These currencies are updated according to the international currency market.

Is it safe to place orders on the web?

Yes, the transmitted data is encrypted. Only after the bank has confirmed the authenticity will the payment be debited. Otherwise, the payment will be canceled.

How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?

If you don't have a credit or debit card, we suggest you use PayPal to complete the payment because PayPal is very fast and can guarantee the safety of your money. If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal to complete the payment.If you don't have a PayPal account, please go to this link https://www.paypal.com to register one. So you can pay with PayPal on our website. Here is the guide:

2) Click on "register now"

3) On the next page, click "Create individual account"

4) Fill in the detailed information and then click "register now"

How can I pay if I don't have a PayPal account?

If you don't have a Paypal account, surely you can use your credit / debit cards to complete the payment. Please be assured that we do not collect or store your credit / debit card number or personal data when you make a payment. For questions related to transactions made on our site, consult the bank that issued the card for more information.

Why was I unable to pay with PayPal?

1. In our experience, PayPal may have a transaction limit. Please check that with PayPal.

2. According to PayPal's rules, the shipping address and billing address must be in the same country, otherwise payment will not be allowed.

3. If above doesn't work, we strongly recommend that you try your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and debit card.

 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world. There may be particular places where we may require additional shipping information. This is a rare case, but if this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We cooperate with several shippers. By completing the order you will be provided with all the information on the matter. For more info you can always contact us by e-mail.

How can I know the delivery times?

Total delivery time currently includes processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare items for shipment from our warehouse. Items will be shipped out within 7 days.

Shipping Times: The time for your items to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

You can choose from the available shipping options. Shipping time may vary in different countries.

Do I have to pay a duty or a custom fee?

There will be no more charges after placing your order correctly. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. However, from our experience, such a situation is very rare.

Should this happen, please contact us.

If you still have any doubt about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help you if there is anything we can do.

Why was my order shipped separately?

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your order soon, so your order may be shipped separately from our different warehouses based on stock and availability.

It may also happen when your products exceed a certain quantity, we will ship them separately to make sure you get the whole order safely.

Why is my tracking number not working or out of date?

If they do, there could be two reasons:

1. When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once you reach the next sorting facility, it will be updated. It may take a couple of days (3-7 days) to see any activity once we get out of our side. We recommend that you wait a few more days.

2. Or you will need to get the destination tracking number for some shipping methods. You can get the new tracking number when you track the link sent in the confirmation email. If you still can't find the updated tracking number, please contact us. We are willing to help you with this problem.

ACCOUNT:

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

Formally the confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to order from us. If you haven't received a confirmation email about your order, you may have logged your email incorrectly or the email may be in your spam folder.

Check again or check the Spam / Promotions / Updates box and junk mail folders. You can log into your account and click on the "My Orders" button to view your orders.

RETURN OR REFUND:

How can I return an item?

We strive to give you the best shopping experience with our fast and worry-free return policy. Email us the reasons and photos within 14 days to expedite the process.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

Once we have received your return, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours.

If you paid directly for the order with your PayPal account, once the return has been made the refund will be immediately credited back to the account you used to pay, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid by credit card via PayPal , depending on the processing time of the bank.

If you paid for the order through another payment method, the refund will return to the account you used to pay for the order within 7-15 business days, depending on the bank processing time.

Once the refund has been issued by us, you will receive a confirmation email. Remember to check your account in due time.

How should I behave for the return shipping costs?

We are sorry but shipping charges for returned packages cannot be refunded at this time. After evaluation of the return, we will be able to refund only the lost amount of the related order. For more information write by e-mail.
